Coarse pond Rules
Tickets must be obtained from lodge before fishing may commence
Springwater fisheries accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to fishing tackle, cars, persons or any other property however caused
All cars must be parked in the car parks, and not on the road side (all cars are left at owner’s risk)
No keep nets on coarse water.
All carp to be netted regardless of size
All fish must be returned to the water.
No, peanuts, trout pellets or any other non-biodegradable baits allowed.
No rods to be left unattended in the water at any time.
No beach casting methods.
Barbless hooks only max size 12 unhooking mats to be used for large fish – 6lbs and over.
No bad language to be shouted around the pool.

All nets must be dipped prior to fishing.
No dogs allowed.
Waste bait is not to be disposed of in the waters.
Juniors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
Please use bins provided
No litter to be left on site anyone caught will be asked to leave or barred
Fly fishing rules
Fish limit - first fish caught then catch and release.
All fish killed must be weighed in lodge.
Catch & release rules
Barbless or debarbed hooks must be used.
No boobie type flies or egg, fly allowed.
All fish to be released must be released in water, no handling, beaching or landing allowed.
Bait fishing rules
All fish caught must be killed.
You must stop fishing once limit is caught.
2 & 3 fish tickets are strictly 4 hours or fish limit spinning & fly fishing are permitted only if loch is not busy.
